Guide. Space Holder. Truth Teller.

🌿 Why I Do This Work

I know what it’s like to carry everything, to be the strong one, stretched thin by motherhood, giving and giving while barely holding onto yourself. For years, I lived in that cycle. Black Superwoman Syndrome. Show up, stay composed, handle it all.

Until I couldn’t.

My healing began when I finally gave myself permission to rest, to feel, to ask what I needed. Not just once but again and again.

Align by Nicole Renee was born from that process, from my lived experience, my training as a therapist, and my deep belief in women reclaiming their peace, power, presence, and coming home to themselves.

💫Who I Am

I’m a Black queer woman and mom, and that absolutely matters.
My lived experience shapes how I hold space: with honesty, cultural care, and the kind of presence that doesn’t flinch when the truth shows up.

I don’t have all the answers. I’m not here to fix you. But I’ll walk with you while you unlearn, evolve, and choose yourself, maybe for the first time in a long time.

🧘🏾‍♀️ How I Hold Space

My work blends traditional talk therapy with intuitive tools like tarot, body-based healing, and gentle yoga. I believe healing can be sacred and straightforward, emotional and embodied, quiet and disruptive.

This is a space where you don’t have to be “fine.”
Where you don’t have to choose between softness and strength.
Where your healing gets to look like you.

💫 Who I Work With

I work with deep feelers, big thinkers, identity shifters, people-pleasers, and moms who have been holding everyone else and are finally ready to come back to themselves.

This space is for anyone ready to release what’s no longer aligned and choose themselves without apology.

I offer:

  • 1:1 therapy sessions rooted in honesty + care

  • Intuitive tarot sessions for reflection and insight

  • Nervous system-based yoga and somatic healing

  • Tantra yoga for couples seeking reconnection

If you’re here, something already told you this space might be for you. Trust that.

🫶🏾 Let’s Begin

You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to show up.
And if you're ready, I’ll meet you there.
